This cozy property is comfortable and the staff is always ready to help. the location is super handy and it's amazing being close to the National Park of Serras de Aire e Candeeiros 😊.

The location of the property was best possible and handy as we were close enough to an excellent restaurant, equally amazing area where fossilized dinosaur footprints can be seen and Shrine of Fatima. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

We had a group booking and we all were happy with the rooms,for the price we paid it was very excellent and I will definitely rate the hotel as a 3 star hotel not a 2 star hotel...the family room was very comfortable as it had two bathrooms...Breakfast was also excellent..especially the home made cakes.The staff was very freindly and we had good time there.the fatima church is just 800ms from there and I will recomend that for all type of people,with family or single...

The hotel was clean and had accommodating stuff at all times. The room was new-fashioned and immaculate, included with the huge balcony, 2 full beds, for instance. A shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet where very handy. Had marvellous location near the roundabout where there is a path with an open air stations of the cross.

The room was nicely furnished with useful facilities like an electric kettle and a personal safe. the bed was very clean. the bathroom was spacious. the setting was magnificent, located near the Church of the Holy Trinity, the National Park of Serras de Aire e Candeeiros, and an excellent restaurant.

It was fantastic, Sergio was the best, friendly, informative, there are no words to describe him. Location is brilliant and the breakfast was awesome.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Lagoa Residencia. The staff/owner (Sergio) provided great assistance with our questions about the sites to visit and directions. The buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiful. This is great value for the price and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing service, with a shuttle to attractions, homemade breakfast, and beautiful views. They even offer access to domains! Such a fancy touch.

A little bit cold in the room even with heating/airconditioning

the manager Sergio was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. Easy walking distance from Sanctuary and Via Sacra.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with many restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It was only a short 10-minute walk to the Sanctuary of Fatima and just a minute away from the "Way of the Shepherds." The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with a lovely terrace. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious sweet and savory dishes. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and great breakfast.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The manager, Sergio, warmly welcomed us and gave us lots of information and this helped us to find our way around in the short time we had in Fatima. We had a triple room which was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this small hotel.
